The features enable multi-channel, 2-way communication between Finnplay and site operators. The application delivers text and images in a clean conversation format. It also can be used in conjunction with Finnplay’s optional extended service hours from 6:00am to 8:00pm EET, or 24/7 Support (according to SLA).
