The Finnplay Chat app provides a dedicated chat service for Finnplay customers. The chat is monitored by Finnplay’s experts and provides a fast and effective way to communicate on important topics such as technical issues and site performance. The chat application is also used to deliver notifications including planned downtime, platform updates and more.
The features enable multi-channel, 2-way communication between Finnplay and site operators. The app delivers text and images in a clean conversation format. It also can be used in conjunction with Finnplay’s optional extended service hours from 6:00am to 8:00pm EET, or 24/7 Support (according to SLA) to increase responsiveness.
